💅 How to Submit Your Custom Sizing Kit Sizes

To make sure your custom press-on nails fit perfectly, follow these steps carefully.

Step 1: Prepare Your Nails

  • Start with clean, bare nails — remove all polish, gels, or acrylics.
  • Place the Aprés nail tips over your natural nails.
  • The tip should cover your entire nail bed, fitting side-to-side with no gaps or overhang.
  • Write down your nail sizes for each finger.

Congratulations — you’ve completed your sizing card!

Step 2: Send Your Sizes & Inspiration

  • Take a clear picture of your completed sizing card.
  • Send the picture via:Instagram DM: @dreamnailsxshy OR Text/SMS: (313) 473-9856
  • Include any inspiration photos, preferably from Pinterest.

Step 3: Pricing

  • Custom sets vary depending on the type of art you choose.
  • Base price starts at $40.

Tape Measure Method

**PLEASE NOTE**: A Custom Sizing Kit is HIGHLY recommend if you are a beginner (a custom sizing kit is the best way to feel how your press ons will fit)

For the most accurate fit using the tape measure method, please follow these steps:

Gather Your Supplies
You will need clear tape, a pen/marker, and a ruler marked in millimeters (mm).

Prepare Your Nails
Make sure your nails are clean, dry, and free of polish or oils.

Apply the Tape
Place a small piece of clear tape across your natural nail, from one side wall to the other.

Mark the Width
Using a pen or marker, mark where each side of your nail meets the tape.

Remove and Measure
Carefully remove the tape and place it flat on a measuring tape or ruler.
Measure the distance between the two marks in millimeters (mm).

Repeat for Each Finger
Measure all 10 nails individually, as each nail may be a different size.

Round Up if Needed
If your measurement falls between two sizes, round up for the best fit.

Submit Your Measurements
Convert your mm sizes into nail tip sizes using the chart provided below!

Submit Your Sizes
If ordering a custom set: Send over your custom sizes via Instagram DM @dreamnailsxshy or Text (SMS) (313) 473-9856, along with your First and Last name, email address, phone number and shipping address.

If you are ordering an existing set via the website, please enter your sizes after selecting the method you used for sizing. You will then be prompted to enter all of your personal info into the website, there is no need to send any personal info separately.
